Application terms of service
Last updated: February 2026
1. Agreement
By using Blewbook’s website and services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change and continued use means you accept the new version.
2. The service
Blewbook is a marketplace that helps you discover and connect with event vendors (venues, caterers, photographers, decorators, etc.). You can browse listings, submit event requirements, and express interest in listing your business. We facilitate discovery and connection; we do not provide the underlying vendor services.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use our service for anything illegal, misleading, or harmful. Do not submit false information, spam, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data. We may take action, including blocking access, if we detect such behaviour.
5. No warranty
Our service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the conduct, quality, or outcomes of any vendor or third party. Any arrangement between you and a vendor is between you and them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blewbook and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from dealings with vendors. Our total liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.
7. Grievances
If you have a complaint about content on our platform or our compliance with applicable rules, you may contact our grievance officer using the contact details published on our website. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
